1896 SAFED: Turkish postal stationery card 20pa. used from SAFED to Bucarest, Rumania via Constantinople, cancelled by bilingual "SAFED 22 OCT 96" cds in blue, Constantinople transit cds, two post horn (distribution) handstamps in violet and Bucarest '5 NOV 96' arrival cds alongside. Postcard shows traces of use and ageing but still a good card, and a very scarce mail from the north of later Palestine/Israel.
