1896. 5 n "Monastary" design 5n blackish-blue and olive-yellow postaly stationary card, uprated with 2 n yellow to the special registered rated four Austria (but shoing no registration marks, from CETINJE 29/10" with "KOTOR/CATTARO 29/10/96" arrival. In addition a 2n blue and green NEWSPAPER wrapper (slightly misplaced center), uprated with 1 n of similar design to the correct forreign printed matter rate, addressed to Otto Bickel in Bavaria.
