1894. 10n blue Prince Nicholas stationery envelope, 157 x 126 (knife b, type II), registered to an address in Belgium, corectly uprated to the 20 n FOREIGN REGISTERED LETTER RATE with 3n green and 7n dull rose, perf 12, both of early 1893 printing, each tied by thimble "CENTINJE 17/!", handstamped "Recommandé" in violet alongside with provisional boxed "R" (manusript "5602"). At reverse "BRUXELLES (NORD) 2 23 AJNV 1894" transit and "LIEGE 23 JANV 1894" arrival. Minor faults/stains. Nevertheless a superb commercial item.
