1921. Overprint definitive stamp "20 K on 3.50 R", cut, unused. Photo certificate by Victor Liapine (2017): "In my opinion, the stamp ... is genuine in all philatelic respects. Quality: original 'tropical gum' with heavy natural brownish climate spots, usual for this issue; normal to wide margins all around, minimized at upper left; lightly hinged. According to the G. Papadopulo's statement just 32 copies of this stamp were printed. Despite the fact that the actual amount was slightly higher, this stamp belongs to the very scarce items of the philately of the Russian Civil War's philately".
