1855 (Jan. 30), Cover plus contents from Holywood, Down, Northern Ireland to Charleston, South Carolina, U.S.A. via Belfast and Boston, franked by GB embossed 1847-54 1s. green tied by Belfast numeral handstamp "62", with '31 Jan 55' despatch cds and two UK transit datestamps on the reverse, US "5/CENTS" h/s and 'Boston Br. Packet PAID Feb. 15' cds on front. The 1s. adhesives cut at left and top, cover with minor faults.
