Postal stationery 3 cents red envelope upgraded with Yvert §c red and Yvert 14, 12c black (pair) tied by 'New Orleans/La' date stamp, addressed to the 'U.S. American Consulate, Bordeaux', routed via New York with 'New York/Paid/6' date stamp in red with octagonal 'Et. Unis Serv. A.M.D./Havre' date stamp in blue (Salles 1793) and Bordeaux arrival on reverse. Two horizontal folds/stamps faults.
