Registered envelope addressed to Holland bearing United States Post Office in China SG 2c on 1c blue green and SG 2, 4c on 2c carmine mixed with United States SG 407, 2c carmine (2) and SG 441, 10c chrome yellow tied by oval U.S. Postal Agency/Shanghai China/R.D. with circular 'U.S. Postall Agency Shanghai China Registered' double ring in violet 'Sept 20 1919' and hand-struck 'Registered/No', endorsed 'via America' with Amsterdam receiver '12th Nov 19' on reverse. Scarce mixed franking paying the Registered rate from the United States Post Office in China.
