Two line instructional mark "NON HA CORSO / AL MITTENTE" (no connection/return to sender). Back in Brazil "PORTO ALLEGRE 4 OUT 16" (ties censortape). - Original letter still enclosed stating "Herewith find enclosed 90 different Brazil stamps...". Interesting postal war item.
