1953, 35th Anniv of Russian Revolution (C20), withdrawn issue with additional charaters "Soviet Union", Michel I ($800) blue on domestic cover, tied by dotted line cds of Zhubuxiang (Xiangtan), Hunan Province dated 25 Feb 1953, with transit datestamp of Xiangtan dated 26 Feb and arrival datestamp of Xiangxiangbajiang, Hunan Province dated 2 Mar. Two stamps are removed and the cover is partially reduced, yet this unissued stamp is very rarely seen on cover.
