1930, specialized lot of air letter sheet (Higgins&Gage F1), including variety (a) with double impression of 6c, and variety (d) with double impression of 19c, as listed by Goodman, furthermore a copy with pale 27c, a copy with a break in the upper frame of 36c, a normal unused copy, and a normal used copy. Overall 5 mint and 1 used copies. The Postmaster General of Guatemala sent this official notice to all postmasters in order to inform them of the new air mail rates.
