1943/1945, 5 ½d KGVI REGISTRATION ENVELOPES USED BY AUSTRALIAN FORCES, interesting assembly of 19 registration envelopes (BW RE30, 13 items; BW RE31, 6 items) used by Australian Forces, comprising mostly different field-post daters, i.a. items allocated to Papua New Guinea, North Borneo, Northern Territories etc. The major part of envelopes uprated, some examples used by airmail. Included are various censors, registration labels & handstamps and other specialities, many postmarks valued with a remarkable premium in Proud catalogue.
