A superb and extensive collection of Spanish Philippines and US Administration in a Scott specialty album, with a good range of 19th century issues, however the best section is the US Administration with 1899-1901 $1 type I, $2 and $5 all fine mint, 1899-1901 P.Dues 2 sets m, 1903-04 set to $1 m, and $2 used, 1906-10 part set to 10p m, 1911-14 vals to 10p m, then later Heads m & u, and later stamps and covers to 1973, then Airs incl 1926 Madrid - Manila Flight vals to 2p & 4p m, used vals incl 4p and rare 10p on piece and signed, then special Delivery incl 1906 m & 1916 never hinged, etc. A great lot with many rare stamps.
