Registered envelope addressed to London bearing Yvert 19, 40c rose and Yvert 21, 2 L orange (strip of four) tied by '184' numeral obliterator with adjacent -Napoli/Porto double ring with framed 'Raccomandato', boxed 'PD' with oval 'Registered/London' arrival and 'hand-struck 'Crown / Sardina / Registered' in red on face. Cover with faults (creased, tears, traces of ageing, upper right corner missing) but an extremely scarce handstamp.
