Η φωτογραφία πήρε το δεύτερο βραβείο στην παγκόσμια Έκθεση Φωτογραφίας του Μπορντώ το 1907. Χάρη σε αυτό το βραβείο, ο Στουρνάρας απέκτησε τον τίτλο του βασιλικού φωτογράφου.
