1896 Printed envelope sent from the Rumanian P.O. in Constantinople to Bucarest, franked by 20pa. on 10b. green, ovpt in black, in combination with 20pa. on 10b. green, ovpt in violet, both tied by "POSTE ROMANA COSPOLI/23 APR 896" cds in violet, with sender handstamp, Bucarest '29 Apr 96' arrival cds and post horn (distribution) h/s in violet on the reverse. Cover with a vertical fold through center and opened roughly at top, still good. A scarce mixed franking.
