double circle type KG Kamiichi -.5.27 on address side, to a place nearby Tokorozawa (Yamato province). Outside p. o. delivery circuit, hence red postage due levied with vermilion vertical mark "zei fusoku" (postage insufficient). 2 S. yellow syll. 17 (top left fault) affixed as postage due canc. red brush stroke with KG Tokorozawa -.5.28 alongside. Illustrated envelope with on front showing western pocket watch.
