Cover commemorating the "Rescue Operation" of 24/AU/1968 in Matienzo Antarctic base. For the second consecutive season, the supply ships could not get near the base, and so the supplies were taken to the Esperanza base. So the Matienzo was under emergency and its supplies were transported by helicopter and ground means.
