South Africa Medal (Zulu), clasp 1878-9 to Pte. C. Hayes 1st/13th Foot, enlisted age 24 on 19th May 1875, served 11 years 1875-86 abroad 1/13th Rgt. Natal, Transvaal and Zululand 1875-79 and on detachment to the Camel Corp. in Egypt and Sudan entitled to Egypt Medal 1882-89 clasps 'ABU-KLEA' and Nile 1884-85 and the Khedives Star 1882. Edge bruises and loose on claw. Scarce clasp, NVF with contact marks and supporting copy documents
