Israeli "No Service" mail vis. Arab countries: 15.6.1956 a/m cv ex BEYROUTH to POUSO ALEGRE Brazil, franked 95pia & tied by 3 strikes of local pmk; b/s 1956 21 JUN by unclear transit pmk - but here mis-routed to Israel as sender placed his name ("Ismael") in center of cv & addressee above(!); b/s 5-7-56 TLV-15 arr. where marked "no service" red manuscript (this rare as Isr. used cachet since 1948 & extensively used official IM's) + arrow pointing to Brazil address - erronious understanding that Lebanon was destination, so RtS - but here to Brazil (Israel PO completed the mail transfer ex Arab origin).
