Envelope addressed to New Zealand bearing Kenya Uganda SG 113, 15c black and carmine tied by Bombo date stamp routed via Kampala, underpaid with circular 'To Pay/ Double Deficient Postage/1d' in red on face and bearing New Zealand bearing postage due SG D38, 1d carmine and yellow-green tied by Gore receiver. Very nice item of underpaid mail from British East Africa.
