1919, postcard stamps 35 Kop. on 4 Kop. arms type unused without gum as always, well centered, fresh, v.f. Only few stamps (probably 78 as on P2) received this surcharge and were affixed on stationery cards. A rarity in any condition. Signed twice on back.
