"RUSTSCHUK 7/12" and straight line "FRANCO" next to oval sender's mark (all in blue), marked "X" in ms. (rate 10 new kreuzer), on reverse Bucarest transit 8/12 and Galatz arrival 10/12, entire inside with greasy glueing marks and small parts missing.

Stated to be the earliest known use of this postmark!
