Envelope addressed to Missouri bearing Seychelles SG 51, 18c sage green and carmine tied by Victoria/Seychelles date stamp routed via India with circular 'Passed Censor/Bombay/10' in violet on face and resealed with 'Opened by Censor' label. There was no censorship during the Great War on the island and any form of censorship is rare to or from. Ex McCloy and illustrated in his book.

Very scarce item of Seychelles censorship travelling 6 months before arrival.
