Envelope (parts of flap missing) written from the Belgian Consulate, Port of Spain with cachet on reverse, addressed to France bearing SG 230, 1c blue and green, SG 231, 2c ultramarine and yellow/brown, SG232, 3c black and scarlet and SG 233, 6c sepia and blue tied by octagonal French paquebot 'Colon au Havre L. No 2' date stamp (Salles 1432) sent on the steamer 'Colombie' via Martinique and Plymouth with Gironde arrival on reverse. Nice item of maritime mail.
