1897 (29 Nov) wrapper bearing "Lloyd's Agents" handstamp, addressed to London, mailed aboard ship and franked with Japan 2s carmine Chrysanthemum issue, canceled at the first arrival port by Hong Kong cds, where framed "Refused" marking was accidentally applied, then overstruck with additional framed "Paquebot" handstamp, repeated below the stamp, minor wrapper flaws and refolded at top, still a fine and interesting usage
