Obverse: At top the caption: "מטבע ממרן הגאון ר' יעקב אדלשטיין שליט"א". The inscription in the center: "מרכז תורני רמת השרון מרכז לתורה וחסד", "ל.ק.י". The inscription at bottom: "לשמירה הצלחה ופרנסה טובה". 

Reverse: A caption without decorations in the handwriting of, probably, Rabbi Edelstein himself: "לברכה לבריאות גו"נ פרנסה בשפע ובנקל ושמירה מכל צרה ח"ו בעז"ה מאת המאחל מעימקא דליבא יעקב אדלשטיין".

Rabbi Ya'akov Edelstein (1924 - 2017) was accepted, and Rabbi of Ramat Hasharon for nearly 70 years and a senior judge in the court of Rabbi Nissim Karelitz in Bnei Brak. He was also the rabbi of the "Neot Yosef" neighborhood in Bnei Brak and over the years served as head of the Sharon Yeshiva, the Keter Israel Yeshiva in Rozin.
