Medal for guarding and blessing of Belz Chassidus.
Front side: the caption: "מטבע לשמירה ולברכה". On the bottom is written: "מכ"ק מרן אדמו"ר שליט"א".
Back side: around it is written "ביהכ"נ העתיק בבעלזא שנבנה ע"י כ"ק מרן מהר"ש זי"ע", "מאת 'היכלי הקודש' דחסידי בעלזא מכנובקא בארה"ק". In the center an impressive and large building of, apparently, the Belz Yeshiva.
