On the back written in indelible pencil "Paid 'Anzac Cove' - Gallipoli, July 16, 1915 A.I.F. (signed) Les H Pritchard". 465 Pte Leslie Howard Pritchard enlisted 19th Aug 1914 in the 9th Infantry Battalion AIF. Wounded on 28/4/15 Gallipoli Peninsular, GSW Head. Rejoined unit 13-6-1915. Invalided to Australia 2-1-1916 discharge 14/6/16. Inc much background info inc photocopy of photo of Prichard wearing uniform on cover of music he wrote. A fantastic personal souvenir from Gallipoli. (P)
