This fifty Koronen note, issued in Theresienstadt, to Concentration Camp inmates, was given to Mr. JACK UNTERHALTER, by the EINZIGER FAMILY, of Salzburg, Austria, in September 1947, as a token of appreciation.Mr. UNTERHALTER was one of the many Jews sent to help rehabilitate Camp Survivors. THE MESSAGE ONTHE NOTE READS: "TO MR.JACK UNTERHALTER, AS TOKEN HEAVY EARNED MONEY FAMILY EINZIGER SALZBURG, AUSTRIA, SEPTEMBER 1947.
