1939, P. 3c., 5 Palestine Pounds, 20th April 1939. One of the lost notes, burned EDGES, signs, serial no. D 082298. In 1943 a British transport aircraft Dakota crashed shortly after taking off at Cornwall England, it's carriage - the banknotes burned . The shipment consists of 20,000 banknotes of five pounds. Total notes the value of 100,000 pounds. The serial numbering of delivery notes was 070001D-090000D. Est $1500-2000.
