100 Lire (18.10.1943) (type I) in black, bank check issued in Dodecanese islands by Banco di Sicilia due to lack of banknotes because of the WWII. S/N: "083534". Perfin value "100" and cachet "FILALE DI RODI (Egeo)" at upper center. Italian mauve stamp and signature by the Governor on face and back. Printed by Richter & C. in Napoli. Inside holder by PMG "Choice Fine 15". (Hellas I.18). Only two known!
