Reverse: Star of David & "Shadday" ("G-d") + Hebrew legend "Jews of Sephardic Ethnicity Bucharest" & Romanian legend "Comunitatea Israeliţilor de rit Spaniol din Bucureşti" ("Jewish Community of Spanish Origin in Bucharest"). Commemorates establishment of Sephardic Jewish presence in Bucharaest per date of official recognition of Jewish [& Sephardic] residence of banker Mentes Bally & physician Daniel de Fonseca. In AU with a few minor rim nicks.
