Israel: 1959 B'nai B'rith Convention in Jerusalem - rare participants' medal, in bronze; designed by Zvi Narkiss; size: 61mm; weight: 99.55g. Obverse: bi-lingual design of a Menorah; legend: "B'nai B'rith [World] Convention | May 25-29 1959" (Hebrew legend uses Hebrew date). Reverse: emblem for Israel's 10 anniversary, and legend below: "Presented by the Government of Israel Tenth Anniversary Committee to _____ Delegate to the B'nai B'rith Convention Jerusalem May 25-29 1959". Only 197 such medals were minted; in UNC-BU; surface dirt from poor storage conditions; some hairline scratches.
