Germany: Jewish Hospital in Hamburg/Salomon Heine, 1841 medal mule with reverse of Queen Victoria (1850), in bronze; size: 23mm; weight: 3.8g. Obverse: re-engraved version of 1841 original with design of hospital and text dedicating its 1841 construction to Heine's deceased wife, Betty, but different letter sizing/spacing than the original strike, no beeded edge or the period after the date. Reverse: left facing Queen Victoria with leg "Victoria Regina. | 1850" & signed A&M, in place of Salomon Heine's image as on original. In VF and rare; Brett-2888 (only listed in tin).
