Obverse: Between two decorations, the inscription: "מטבע לשמירה ולברכה" and below it: "מכ"ק (מכבוד קדושת) מרן אדמו"ר שליט"א".
Reverse: The inscription: "ביהכ"נ העתיק בבעלזא שנבנה ע"י כ"ק מרן מהר"ש זי"ע", "מאת 'היכלי הקודש' דחסידי בעלזא מכנובקא בארה"ק". In the center there is a magnificent building, probably the synagogue.

Below it a drawing of a decorated nine-branched hanukkiah. At the bottom it is written (Tehillim, 17:17): "ויהי נועם ה"א עלינו ומעשה ידינו כוננה עלינו ומעשה ידינו כוננהו". Back side: At the top is written: "מוסדות 'עטרת שלמה' אשלג". A Star of David is drawn in the center, with a different letter appearing in each of the triangles and in the middle "ילב"ש". On the bottom is written: "מכ"ק מרן אדמו"ר שליט"א".

Obverse: The coin is decorated with a number of circles. At top, the inscription: "מטבע לשמירה והצלחה" and at the center the verse (Tehillim 111: 11): "כי מלאכיו יצוה לך לשמרך בכל דרכיך".
Reverse: Also decorated with several circles. At top, there is, probably, the symbol of the "Darchei Shalom" Beit Midrash.
In the center the handwritten inscription: "וזאת הברכה כל התורמים ועוזרים יתן השי"ת שיזכו לברכה בפרנסה בשפע ובנקל ולהנצל מכל צרה וצוקה ל"ע, יעקב אדלשטיין".

Rabbi Ya'akov Edelstein (1924 - 2017) was accepted, and Rabbi of Ramat Hasharon for nearly 70 years and a senior judge in the court of Rabbi Nissim Karelitz in Bnei Brak. He was also the rabbi of the "Neot Yosef" neighborhood in Bnei Brak and over the years served as head of the Sharon Yeshiva, the Keter Israel Yeshiva in Rozin.
