Cover and its original letter included, mail between 2 important political figures of the state of Rio in 1915, with interesting and important political comments. In order to avoid any manipulation or tampering of the letter, the sender divised a "postal window" and affixed the stamp directly to the paper of the letter, tying it to the cover with the postmark. Very interesting!
