Guillermo Jalil - Philatino Auction # 2507 ARGENTINA: Philatelic gems, great and small, notable selection of classics!
Luxury in philately is expressed through beauty and outstanding quality. When these two elements come together, they create exceptional pieces that every collector desires, but are rarely available in the Argentine philatelic market. Usually material of very fine quality can be found, or second quality, but it is almost impossible to come across, for example, ""Barquitos"" with complete borders or "Rivadavias" with perfect perforations. And on the rare occasions when such pieces do appear, their prices are exorbitant. This time I am happy to present a notable selection of classic stamps, all of superb or absolutely superb quality, and in many cases the best examples in existence. Naturally top quality must come at a higher price than the stamps commonly found on the market; but to encourange an appreciation for beauty, I have set starting prices that begin at 50% of the catalog value, and sometimes close to that value, but that are actually equivalent to 25 to 50% of the real value of each piece. Wide variety for all tastes and budgets. I can offer, for those who wish to purchase something beyond their immediate payment capacity, up to 10 interest-free installments in US dollars. The material will be shipped upon completion of payment. Enjoy a wonderful auction!
