DOUBLE PERFORATIONS HORIZONTALLY ACROSS BETWEEN BOTTOM ROW OF STAMPS AND TABS Printed on the scarce transparent type paper. Few light points toning on top margin. previously folded once in middle horizontal perforations. MNH, VF & scarce.
