1931 large part (top of the front cut out) of flown cover to Puerto Cortes franked with 1930 Official 5c on 20c brown variety with "1903" (for "1930") and 5c on 10c blue, red overprint with 1930 reading down, 4 Dec. 1931 pmk & backstamped, fine and extremely rare. Of the "1903" variety only one unused example is stated to exist; this is probably the only known example on cover, with Holcombe cert. -
