mixed franking with CIP 1/2c, 2c and Hong Kong QV 2c pair, tied by Pakhoi bisected bilingual cds. (overstruck by unknown boxed obliterator) and Hong Kong cds. + IPO cachet respectively, along with England transit and arrival. Card toned. F-VF.
1899年7月21日清一次片自北海寄英國。混貼蟠龍半分、2分票各一枚及香港票2先橫雙連，分別銷北海漢英半切日戳（另覆蓋黑色方形殺手戳）及香港日戳+IPO小橫戳，旁有英國中轉及到達戳。片黃上中品。
