1906 Imperial 2nd double Postal Card reply portion from Kaumi to Tsingtau, f.w. German Kiautschou 2c, tied by Kaumi cds. along with Tsingtau arrival. Watercolor figures on reverse, depicting a woman bringing two children, in the appearance of a widow in drama. Also showing a cachet of a Tientsin painting workshop. VF-F.
