1944, 50 c violet from the 1934 postage dues (without overprint) in mixed franking with a pair of the 1 L orange postage due overprinted with the black "fasces" of the RSI. All tied by weak TORINO RACCOMANDATA cds to an official, registered letter from Varese. The sender claimed "Tassa a carico destinario" (postage paid by receiver), which was recognized by an "P.R. POSTE T.S." (the T.S. means "TASSA SEMPLICE" - "simple tax, no additional fee for late paying"). Signed Sorani. Surprising late usage of an unoverprinted postage due stamp in RSI territory.
