MAUNGANUI cds alongside. Addressed to USA. The letter is written by E.S. McCurdy an 'Adventurer' travelling around the Pacific Islands datelined 'Morena Island Sept 9 1935 Society Islands ?' mentioning storms, trying to get a boat to Tahiti, exploring the other smaller islands, natives trying to swim to Tahiti with letters , the local telegraph office and many observations about the native girls.
