TELABUL, 2004 Complete Sheet of 20 stamps & one Label – N.H! MASONIC ITEMS On the TELABUL international stamps exhibition, held May 2004, the Israel Postal Authority has issued a special blank stamp, and gave all the visitors of the exhibition the opportunity to draw a picture on it and create their own unique stamp. Each "individual stamp" was printed on the behalf of the Israeli Postal Authority right after it was drawn (only during the 4 days of the exhibition) and on the maximum of 20 stamps on 2 sheets, while each sheet has 3 stamps with tabs, 17 single stamps & one label. Only two sheets exist for each design! (Scott# 1580 , Bale # GSS.1a) owed to order on sheet (by painting his design) and waiting about 30 minutes or more, to receive the printing sheet. This procedure was very slow and not popular. Not many sheets were made and such completes sheets are very scarce.
