1899 Imperial 1st Postal Card used on warship to Germany, uprated by German PO 5Pf, tied by German Marine-Schiffspost No. 38 cancel. The company info printed on reverse along with "greetings from Tsingtau" and a fine illustration, depicting a man carrying a plum branch and making greeting gesture. Card toned, trimmed small part at right. F-VF.
