Auction #218- WORLDWIDE + ARGENTINA: second general auction of the year!starts!

Interesting lot of sets and souvenir sheets, VERY THEMATIC, mint stamps (some issued with no gum, others issued with gum but soaked, others lightly hinged and many MNH). The general quality is fine, but some have minor staining on the gum, in many examples it is hard to note, and the appearance is fine to VF.
