Israel Doar Ivri Postal History - Sc#3  10mil single & bisected stamp mailed from Kiryat Ata to Haifa, stamps tied by 23.10.1950 p/m with next day arrival p/m on back 24.10.1950. Bisected stamps were against postal regulations, but this cover pass in the mail system with Hebrew notation on top. " As now there is no 15pr (stamps) in the local post office". Red T10 crossed out at right side. Small spots toning, fine condition. Interesting cover.
