1898 SUNGEI BESI: Cover to Rangoon (Burma) via 'Kwala Lumpur' and Penang, franked on back by Straits Settlements 1894 8c. (GB & Empire letter rate, 1894-99) tied by "SUNGEI BESI/NO 3/98" cds (Proud D2), transit and arrival datestamps alongside. Cover made of fragile paper getting some breaks and tears meanwhile, but still of good appearance.
