1921. Overprint definitive stamp "10 K on 5 K", perforated. Photo certificate by Victor Liapine (2017): "In my opinion, the stamp ... is genuine in all philatelic respects. Quality: no gum, extremely nice centering, fresh colors, absolutely intact perforation. This stamp belongs to the rarest items of the Nikolajewsk issue as well as all philatelic material of the Russian Civil War, of which just few copies known on the market. Also, this stamp isn't listed in the famous statement of G. Papadopulo regarding members of issued overprinted stamps".
