Quality: full original natural brownish spotted 'tropical gum', usual for this issue; cancelled to order by special postmark, prepared for this issue; usual form and centering of the perforation. According to the G. Papadopulo's statement just 50 copies of this stamp were printed only. Despite the fact that the actual amount was slightly higher, this stamp belongs to the very scarce items of the philately of the Russian Civil War".
